Dangerous Levels of Radon at Via Lugano Apartments

Via Lugano has dangerous levels of cancer causing Radon on the property putting residents in danger. Despite Metric Property's claims that they are, "installing equipment to control radon", Metric Property Management and Via Lugano is doing nothing about this dangerous situation. The management at Via Lugano provides no notice of this to current or prospective residents, except as provide by Florida Law. In fact, when questioned regarding the dangerous levels of Radon on the property, the Management denies this and states the notice in the Lease is required by law and in no way indicates there is Radon on the Property. Unsanitary Garbage Conditions at Via Lugano Apartments

Due to improper maintenance and a lack of concern, the dumpster frequently overflows. As a result there has been reoccurring rodent (rats, etc.) problems. Rather than address the source of this problem - the overflowing dumpster - the Management has place rat poison traps around the Property in areas accessible to children and pets.
